Customer Requests
Wyong Shire Council customers can submit and track service requests, through our online services site.
Please note: do not use this service for reporting urgent issues.

Registered users
People who have registered to use the online services site are able to track the progress of their service request. Each request should contain details of one issue only. An unregistered user gives up the right to a response from the council, because the authenticity of the user or contact details cannot be verified. If a user wants a response from the council, they need to be registered and using their registration ID.
To become a registered user, enter your details by clicking on the ‘register here’ link in the box on the top right hand side of the online services page and then enter your login details.
Unregistered users
Unregistered requests can be lodged by clicking on the link within the ‘Submit a Service Request’ box on the left hand side of the online services page.
