Elected to the Council in September 2008 as the first Greens Councillor on Wyong Shire Council.

Councillor Sue Wynn has over 30 years of experience with the State Public Education Secondary School system including holding the position of Deputy School Principal.

Sue and her family have lived in Mannering Park for over 30 years and have been actively involved in the local community through family, sport and school activities. Sue is also keenly involved with local community groups.

Sue is passionate about social justice and the environment and plans to take an active role in these areas in the Shire’s planning processes. Sue’s goal is to ensure that all future developments reflect these twin aspects. Councillor Wynn will work towards maintaining and improving biodiversity, achieving environmental sustainability through appropriate development and continuing to create an inclusive, harmonious society by engaging the Shire’s residents in the decision making of Council.
