Development Control Plan

Development Control Plans apply to a specific type of development or land area and thoroughly outline guidelines and controls

NSW local government areas are required to have one Development Control Plan (DCP). Wyong Shire Council’s DCP has been broken into individual chapters, which can be viewed below.

Wyong Shire's DCP 2005 can be purchased either as a hard copy for $565 or on CD for $26. Each individual chapter can be purchased as a hard copy for $2, plus 40 cents per page (double sided), excluding DCP 2005 Chapter 67 - Engineering Requirements for Developments, which can be purchased for $190. All costs include GST.
