Shire Council has
a new method which
allows customers
to submit a service
request for work
or actions
Two options
are now available;
- If registered for
online services,
you are able to submit
and track service
requests. You will
also have access
to other online services
such as online billing,
changing of your
contact details and
development applications.
- If not registered,
you will be able
to submit service
requests as an unregistered
user, however you
will not have the
option to track these
requests or access
other online services.

Urgent requests such as public safety issues must be made
by telephone on (02)43505555. This line is open 24 hours -
7days.
