Urban Stormwater Quality Management Plan

The focus of the Urban Stormwater Quality Managment Plan is to strengthen the management of water quality for both future and existing stormwater infrastructure for the Tuggerah Lakes and Coastal Catchment areas (from Tumbool Pt to Desoto Inlet).

We're proposing to introduce a new Chapter in Development Control Plan 2005 (DCP) on Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD), which would replace the  performance criteria outlined in Council’s Urban Stormwater Quality Management Plan.
