Council understands that relocating and expanding businesses have specific requirements and need information and advice that’s fast and accurate. Therefore, we’ll respond quickly and constructively to all business enquiries.
In recognition of the importance of economic investment to Wyong Shire, Council has appointed an experienced Business Development Manager, Garry McLachlan, to liaise with interested, expanding and relocating businesses. Garry will be able to give you advice on streamlining the development application process, getting approvals from other authorities and will arrange pre-lodgement meetings with Council planning staff.
Key development applications are fast-tracked to ensure certainty, with some businesses having their applications processed within 14 days! If your business meets the requirements of a complying development the approval process can be further sped up.
