Funeral Homes

The Regulations control:

- Waste disposal;
- Handling of bodies including embalming, viewing, the use of body bags and storage of bodies;
- Restriction of burials;
- Exhumations crematories and cremations; and
- Maintenance of registers.
Others who may need to be aware of parts of the Regulation are hospital staff, local government authorities and the general public.
