What does the Liquor Accord do?

Liquor accords are local voluntary liquor industry partnerships that aim to:

  • Improve the operation of licensed premises,
  • Promote the responsible service and consumption of alcohol
  • Prevent or reduce alcohol related harm, violence and anti-social behaviour.

Accords provide a forum for members to identify local alcohol related issues and develop local responses.

Who are its members?

Accord membership includes the operators of local licensed premises, NSW Police, NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR), Wyong Shire Council and other community organisations and groups.
