Wyong Shire Council operates five cemeteries:

• Noraville Cemetery and its Memorial Garden and Niche Wall
      
• Jilliby Cemetery
      
• Yarramalong Cemetery
      
• St Barnabas Cemetery
      
• Ronkana Cemetery

These forms can be downloaded, completed and returned to Council.

• Application for purchasing a plot (PDF - 84 KB) This form is used to purchase a Burial Plot.
  
  
• Burial permit (PDF - 145 KB) This form is used when there is a burial to take place
     
• Application for Right to Niche at Noraville Memorial Garden (PDF - 95 KB) This form is used to purchase a Niche Spot in the Memorial Gardens.

• Conditions for monumental/masonry work (PDF - 87 KB) This form outlines conditions for Monumental works. Please read conditions carefully.
     
• List of monumental masons/grave diggers (PDF - 85 KB) This form lists pre-qualified contractors to carry out Monumumental work and Grave digging.
     
• Application for transferring Right of Burial (PDF - 147 KB) This form is used to transfer the "Right of Burial" for a burial plot back to Wyong council or to another person.
      
• Application for transferring Right to Niche at the Memorial Garden (PDF - 94 KB) This form is used to transfer the "Right to Burial" for a Niche spot back to Wyong council or to another person.
