
'Watertight'
school education program
The Central Coast Watertight
Program is a joint water education program coordinated
by Wyong and Gosford councils, and the Rumbalara Environmental
Education Centre.
The program is tailored to the different stages of
the Primary school curriculum and is designed to raise
awareness of water conservation and water management
issues.
How 'Watertight' works

Students from K-6 participate in a series of activities
focusing on the water cycle; the water supply; water
usage, wastewater; and the school’s management
of water.
