It's possible to see a preview of Wyong Shire's future, courtesy of a new plan.

The shire's Strategic Vision - which looks 20 years ahead - is the outcome of a process, which started in early 2008 and consulted the public through workshops, surveys, discussions and the use of an online blog.

The blog alone was visited more than 2,000 times and the workshops featured particularly high quality speakers.
