Wyong Shire Council Strategic Plan 2015-2019

Wyong Shire Council adopted its Strategic Plan on Wednesday 10 June 2015, which will deliver a record $66 million spend on local road and drainage upgrades and $105 million in capital works during 2015-16, making us the largest spending Council outside of Sydney.

The Plan focuses on delivering the community’s aspirations as detailed in the Community Strategic Plan, and includes the Four Year Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget for 2015-16, Long Term Resourcing Strategy for financial, asset, workforce and information management, as well as the Revenue Policy detailing the adopted rating structure and Fees and Charges for 2015-16.
