Social media

Central Coast Council invites you to follow us on Twitter @ccoastcouncil or to 'Like' our Facebook page.  Our aim is to let you know what is happening on the Central Coast, so Council's social media pages supplement the information on this website.

Where helpful, we respond to social media comments, however our social media channels are monitored in business hours only and tweets, comments and direct messages are not considered formal correspondence.

Comments that contain possible racist, obscene, distasteful, hurtful or libellous wording are automatically blocked from appearing on our Facebook Page. Council reserves the right to block such comments and to cease 'Following' on Twitter at its discretion.

You should contact Central Coast Council by email, phone or in writing if you have a formal request, comment, question or want to make a compliment or complaint. You can also lodge your request online if you are a registered user of the Council Online Services portal.
