Reporting of variations to NSW Department of Planning and Environment

Applications with Clause 4.6 variations (previously SEPP1)

Council’s must complete quarterly returns on variations of development standards under delegations using Clause 4.6 of the Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 (previously State Environmental Planning Policy No 1).

Local Council’s need to keep accurate records of the use of exceptions to development standards (Clause 4.6) and to report quarterly to the Department of Planning and Environment.
