Deliver destination marketing in partnership with industry

Central Coast Council is committed to investment in tourism for the region. Tourism is most successful when there is collaboration among the private sector, industry interests and government.  We recognise that a focussed approach is required to drive economic returns for the Central Coast region and that is why we are seeking to engage an organisation to deliver destination marketing in close collaboration with the industry.
The scope of the services includes delivery of a three year marketing strategy, execution of marketing and promotional activities, delivery of industry services and generating partnerships.

Expression of Interest Timeline

24 November 2016: Registration open for Expression of Interest
December 2016: Question and Answer (Q&A) session was held with Central Coast Council staff, please see below for Frequently Asked Questions sheet which includes all topics covered at this Q&A.
24 January 2017: Request for proposal documentation available for interested applicants at under the RFT ID CPA/286371. Submissions should be completed within 30 working days of this date. Strictly no late submissions will be accepted.
7 March 2017: Closing date for request for proposal submissions.
March 2017:  Assessment of proposals.
April 2017:  Appointment and agreement negotiated inclusive of Key Performance Indicators.
1 July 2017:  Services commence.
