The ClubGRANTS scheme in Wyong Shire is funded by local registered clubs to provide community support through a Local Committee. This Committee is made up of representatives from eligible clubs, Department of Family and Community Services, NSW Council of Social Service (NCOSS) and Wyong Shire Council.

Applications for 2016 for $5000 and over opened on Monday 29 February 2016 and will close at 5pm on Friday 22 April 2016. For applications for funding under $5000, please contact the local clubs direct, from the list link below.

Applications can only be made online and the application form can be accessed now.

Please refer to the ClubGRANTS website for a copy of the Guidelines, Applicants Guide and the list of eligible Wyong Local Government Area clubs and to ClubGRANTS Wyong LGA Priorities for 2016 for additional information for your application.

If you received ClubGRANTS funding in the 2015 round and are applying again in the 2016 round, you must complete a Progress Report if you haven't yet submitted your final report. Please contact Wyong Council's Grants Support Officer, details below, to have a link to the Progress Report emailed to you.

Successful applicants must complete a ClubGRANTS Final Report no later than 12 months after they receive their grant. This is also an online form and you will be sent a link if you are successful.

If your oganisation received funding from ClubGRANTS in the 2015 round, your Standard Funding Report form must be submitted by 31 August 2016. Applicants receiving ClubGRANTS funds in 2016 must complete their funding report forms by 31 August 2017.

If your application was sent to the Committee online and you were successful in gaining funds, your report must be sent to the committee, via SmartyGrants, not to the club(s) that funded your project.

You can access all your submissions at SmartyGrants.
