The Façade Improvement Support Program provides financial assistance to businesses and commercial property owners located in the Gosford, Wyong, The Entrance, Terrigal, Woy Woy and Toukley town centres to improve their building facades and accessibility to their premises.

Applications open 1 September 2023 and close at midnight on 30 September 2023

The objective of the program is to;

• enhance the amenity, aesthetics and visitor experience of our town centres 
• contribute to town centre revitalisation and renewal
• improve access to business premises

Available funding and key dates

Total funding available for 2023/24 is $150,000.

Dollar for dollar matched funding will be provided for cost of works (labour and materials) to a maximum funding amount of $5,000 (incl GST) per property.

The program is time limited and covers works that can be completed by 31 May 2024.

Applications for the program open 1 September 2023 and close midnight 30 September 2023.
